~How long did you train with Ali?
I trained with Ali for two semesters while in college. My friend and I trained together with Ali for 6 months, and I trained individually with her for 6 more months.

~What was your favorite part of the program she designed for you?
My favorite part about training with Ali was the variety of workouts and exercises we did each week. Each session brought something new, which kept the sessions exciting. In between our sessions she would give me “homework” assignments, which were easy for me to do on my own. I also saw great results! I had been trying on my own to lose 15 lbs and improve my strength for several years. In the year I worked with Ali, I lost the weight I wanted to and started to actually see muscle definition.

~Did you feel that the program was tailored to your goals?
Absolutely! At the beginning of each semester we discussed what my goals were and talked about what type of exercises I wanted to try, and which ones I wanted to avoid. We talked about those goals throughout the sessions and did several assessments to track my progress.

~Did you feel comfortable working with Ali?
I felt very comfortable working with Ali. I truly felt like she cared about me and helping me achieve my goals.

~Would you recommend Ali’s services?
I would definitely recommend Ali’s services to everyone!

~Any other comments on her training style, service or personality?
Ali was awesome to work with and made working out fun. I wish we lived closer together so she could still be my trainer! However I am still able to incorporate many of the things she taught me into my current workouts. She’s a great trainer and teacher.

~How long did you train with Ali?
I trained with Ali for 6 months, twice a week.

~What was your favorite part of the program she designed for you?
The workout was always different and her encouragement was what I needed.
I was 57 years young at the time and balance was an issue I needed to work on by building my core.
Ali also challenged me to do use heavier weight and more reps than I would have done if I worked out on my own. I especially loved Tabata and HIIT workouts. The only thing to make it even better–would have been if she could have offered training in my house. I have a treadmill, dumbbells, a bar, and kettle bells.

~Did you feel that the program was tailored to your goals?
Yes the goals were met–to tone up and work on my core for balanced were perfect.

~Did you feel comfortable working with Ali?
Yes, I did.  Ali was my 3rd Trainer…and my favorite.  We are good friends to this day!

~Would you recommend Ali’s services?
Most definitely Ali is a wonderful personal trainer.  She was always prompt and professional.  Very knowledgeable about the latest exercise–Tabata and HIIT
Ali wanted to know what type of music I like to workout with–Dave Matthews Band and Josh Groban!

~Any other comments on her training style, service or personality?
The last training session, I used my smartphone to record video of Ali performing all the exercise routines,
so that I could do them on my own at home or at the Rec.  If I had the funds and she still lived in Manhattan…I  would
hire her again and again for my personal trainer. She is the best of the best!
